Our 10-week intensive Academy blends asynchronous learning with live, interactive sessions designed to give you the tools and confidence to handle tough discussions. Each week, participants explore a key theme of critical or difficult communication—ranging from identifying biases to navigating high-stakes dialogue.
The program combines:
- Learning on-demand for flexibility.
- Live Expert sessions for topic-specific learning.
- AI tools and accountability partners to rehearse and refine skills before applying them in the real world.
- Final Demonstration of Skills with an Expert

What truly sets the program apart is the way participants build trust across differences. By working closely with two accountability partners from different backgrounds, every participant learns to listen more deeply, respond more thoughtfully, and engage with empathy.
This program is perfect for people who want to deepen their ability to understand people different from themselves by facing difficult or challenging topics with respect and curiosity.
Throughout this 3-month immersive journey, you’ll engage in a variety of learning experiences that go beyond the traditional workshop. Enjoy on-demand video-based lessons that fit into your schedule, along with small group "Deep Dive" conversations where you can explore critical topics with individuals from diverse backgrounds for a better understanding of the today's world.

- Build diverse connections: work in small accountability clusters—groups of three people with intentionally different life experiences.
- Practice in safe spaces: use AI tools and trio discussions to rehearse conversations before trying them in real life.
- Gain practical strategies: strengthen your ability to build trust, de-escalate conflict, and navigate sensitive topics with confidence.
- Create meaningful change: make small adjustments that lead to big shifts in outlook, relationships, and results in your workplace, family, and community.
